I really like the gym, it's small and compact but has everything you need, i feel really comfortable and the staff are really helpful, the personal trainers are supportive and organise tailor made exercise routines and are always available for booking sessions to motivate and support. Really clean, well organised changing rooms and showers Its never really crowded but it depends when you go. All in all good value for money.

Gym far too small. Nice staff and well maintained squash courts.

Not a bad gym albeit quiet small. The squash courts are very good and are always well maintained. The only thing that stopped me from using 1leisure facilities is the opening times, they need to move into the 21st century and realise that we are no longer working in a 9-5 world.
