Padel Maps operates as a directory service connecting players with padel court venues. We are not a venue owner ourselves and do not provide padel courts directly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Padel Maps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms apply to all users, including players seeking padel courts and venue owners listing their courts.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

Padel Maps is an online directory and lead generation platform that:

• • Connects players with verified padel court venues across the UK
• • Provides a searchable database of venue profiles, court details, and contact information
• • Facilitates booking requests and enquiries between players and venues
• • Displays venue reviews and ratings from verified players

We are an intermediary platform only. All contracts for court bookings are formed directly between players and venues. Padel Maps is not a party to these contracts and bears no responsibility for their performance.

3. User Accounts

Venue owners wishing to list their courts must create an account. You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• • All activities that occur under your account
• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access
• • Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

4. Venue Listings

Listing Requirements

To list your venue on Padel Maps, you must:

• • Be a UK-registered business or established venue
• • Hold valid public liability insurance (minimum £5 million)
• • Possess appropriate safety certifications for padel courts
• • Have operational padel court facilities
• • Provide accurate venue and court information

Listing Content

Venue owners are responsible for all content in their listings, including descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability. You must:

• • Provide truthful and accurate information
• • Use only photos of your own courts and facilities
• • Keep pricing and availability up to date
• • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We reserve the right to remove or modify listings that violate these Terms or community standards.

5. Booking Requests and Bookings

Booking Requests

When you submit a booking request:

• • We share your information with relevant venues
• • Venues contact you directly with availability and pricing
• • You are under no obligation to accept any booking offer
• • Venue responses typically arrive within 24 hours

Booking Contracts

All bookings are contracts formed directly between you and the venue. Padel Maps:

• • Is not a party to the booking contract
• • Does not guarantee venue availability or performance
• • Is not responsible for disputes between players and venues
• • Does not process payments or handle refunds

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• • Impersonate any person or entity
• • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission
• • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
• • Circumvent any access restrictions or security measures
• • Use the Service to spam or harass others
• • Post fake reviews or manipulate ratings

7. Intellectual Property

The Padel Maps Service, including all content, features, and functionality (excluding user-generated content), is owned by Padel Maps and protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• • Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorisation
• • Create derivative works based on our Service

By submitting content to Padel Maps (reviews, photos, venue information), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• • Padel Maps provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• • We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of venue information
• • We are not liable for venue performance, quality, or conduct
• • We are not responsible for any damages arising from your use of the Service or inability to use it
• • Our total liability shall not exceed £100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liabilities that cannot be excluded by UK law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Padel Maps and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

For disputes with Padel Maps itself, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an informal resolution. If that fails, disputes will be resolved through the courts of England and Wales.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales for any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email (for registered users) or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
