Chatsworth Tennis Club

This review aims primarily at Becky and Cameron who help the juniors with their lessons (amongst other things maybe)! Our daughter struggles to focus on absolutely everything, so extra curriculars can be quite stressful, but Becky and Cameron seem to have such a brilliant way with our little one, it's the most focused I've seen her on anything, ever. She smiled all the way to tennis, and all the way home, and that's really not usually the case for anything that requires some structure. Watching the lesson this week (normally my partner goes), it was really clear that Becky and Cameron have a brilliant way with little ones, that actually engages with them, especially ours who'd normally lose interest in 3 minutes flat. We've encountered countless childcare professionals through nursery and school who don't have this ability with our little human, so this really is a total stand out. Thank you 😊 ... And sorry about all the ball bucket tipping and maniacal laughing, on behalf of I'm sure you know who!

Big THANK YOU to everyone at Chatsworth Tennis Club. We were in Carlisle visiting our grandson and wanted to introduce him to tennis. As we live in Cornwall everything had to be booked some weeks in advance. The Club Manager, Barbara, allowed us to book the court earlier than normal and then helped on the day by offering the loan of a junior racket for Thomas. On the day, Louise, the receptionist, offered the use of more appropriate tennis balls for juniors/beginners which we gratefully accepted. The welcome, friendliness and helpfulness by everyone we met at the club was fantastic. It was a proper northern welcome that we do not often experience in the south.
