Kempsey Lawn Tennis Club

Friendly tennis club situated in a quiet village. I have played away fixtures here a few times. The only downside is the play park close to the courts. 3 hard tarmac courts, toilets available in the nearby clubhouse, lots of free parking.

Joined on a trial basis during lockdown and very quickly upgraded to full membership. Very friendly, welcoming club and a great place to play tennis whether you're an experienced player or completely new to the sport. Welcomes members of all ages and abilities and plenty of opportunities to play both socially and competitively. Highly recommended.

Kempsey tennis club is a very friendly club, with 3 outdoor hard courts, all with flodlighting. Courts and equipment are kept in good order. Courts can be booked and lights paid for all online. As a recent recipient of an LTA grant for a computer controlled access system court security is much improved. An excellent club that continues to grow. It has several teams which do well in local leagues: there is the opportunity to join these. There are club sessions to meet members and make friends. There are also times for social tennis in a relaxed atmosphere, which suits me now I have turned 70. Being a founder member of Kempsey LTC I am impressed by how well successive club committees have worked hard to continually improve this club. I am pleased and proud to still be an active member.
