The gym has recently been renovated, it is very busy especially when students return from university. The studio has not been renovated, the equipment is old and with clear signs of wear & tear, especially the yoga blocks, straps and matts. The heating during classes in this area is inconsistent and sometimes quite cold when classes are held. The toilets in general are dirty, the cleanliness is not good, it is true that it is a busy place but the standards are very low. This needs to be improved. The staff are nice but there is no attitude of going the extra mile for the customer.When I experience doubts a few times they wasn't able to give me help or point me in the right direction. I go because I get a discount from my job, but if I had to pay the full membership it definitely doesn't worth value for money. Positive thing:Quite a few teachers from the classes are quite good(specially yoga) Update- This review has been edited on 27/2 .The management team of the center to which I took my complaints and discomfort for the deteriorated equipment for yoga classes has been heard and has renewed the equipment completely. They've changed the mats,blocks and straps. The quality is good and they've taken care to do a follow up. Customer service is good, specially from the new assistant manager,Samuel N. From the beginning he has had an excellent and active and proactive attitude,which shows without a doubt that he is interested in receiving feedback and to know opinions of the customers on the use and enjoyment of the facilities. Honestly not the best gym. I have to use my own mobile data to get into the place and don't have any working WiFi. Even the most common of common gyms have things like this. Especially when your paying £21-£31 a month, whilst different gyms like pure gym, the gym group even JD gyms which are actually cheaper with the same facilities have WiFi. It's poor.

Went for vegan fest. Beautiful space. Large, well staffed. Clean toilets. Outdoor benches. Lots of street parking. Easy walk from Oxford Road.
